The Gingerman is set to open on Sunday, January 7th. It's mostly a craft beer bar with a little food and wine. For those familiar with the Flying Saucer downtown, this is very similar in concept.
It is located in the old "Rick's on the Bricks" location on Camp Bowie just West of Montgomery. Having spent more than a few occasions at the location in Houston and Dallas, I can say that I'm really looking forward to this addition to Fort Worth's craft beer scene.
