The Shoppe 3103 East Colfax Avenue Denver, CO 80206 (St.Paul + Colfax) It's hard to classify The Shoppe. At it's heart, I suppose it's a bakery (the cupcakes are AMAZING, but they also make cookies, pies, wedding cakes and other sweet treats.
