Number of comments: 2 State Representative Elesha Gayman was scheduled for her weekly public forum this morning at the Hickory Garden’s Restaurant in Davenport. While the public was well represented, their elected Representative was a no-show. The forum was to begin at 8 a.m. and last until 9 a.m.. A number of people turned
