Signal @ Boulevard and Monument getting a much-needed upgrade
Boulevard and Monument is one of the most dangerous intersections in the city. People often violate the no left turn rule, and cars rip through the intersection trying to make the light. Also, it’s a nightmare for pedestrians, as the street lacks walk/don’t walk signals.
