What's a word for the opposite of accountability? When instead of holding people responsible for mistakes or misbehavior, you actually reward them for it? Words suggested by my thesaurus, such as immunity and exemption, don't quite cut it, because while they address the lack of negative consequences, they don't actually mean rewarding bad actions.
