Anyone who rides the Red, Brown or Purple Lines between Belmont and Fullerton can probably tell the workers are putting the final touches on Track 1 (far west track) at Fullerton. The concrete is poured and set on the western part of the southbound platform at Fullerton, and new track is being aligned and calibered.
