Portland in February

By the time February arrives each year, it’s usually about the time we start dreaming of a quick extended getaway to a warm or tropical location. Thankfully, February in Oregon usually brings a taste of spring with February Fakeout (yeah, that’s when the sun is shining and the weather rises above mid 50s and then promptly returns to drizzly and cold for the next three months).
