Hoboken gets a new traffic light

Light at 13th & Hudson ready to go for this weekend Engineers put the final touches on Hoboken’s newest traffic signal at 13th & Hudson this week. It’s currently on blinking yellow, a requirement apparently – so drivers can get “used to” the upcoming traffic pattern change. I wonder why that’s a “requirement” these days. [...] ...
