High Altitude Recipe : Artichoke Dip

Artichoke Dip Submitted by Carol Hittson Kitt* Ingredients 1 can artichokes 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese 1 cup mayonnaise Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Mix all ingredients together, put in a small baking dish, and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
