In West Philly, there appears to be a trillion Ethopian restaurants. Not that I don't like Ethopian cuisine, but I like to explore other cuisine of Africa, since we seemed to have a decent Africian population in the area. So far, I have tried La Calebasse. I like the Lamb shank dish but found the other fish and chicken dish to be only OK. I also tried Kilimanjaro, which had a fried fish dish. Both restaurants, I believe, is supposed to ...
