Closing Traffic Lanes on Broadway NYC !!!

If it can happen on Broadway in New York City it can happen anywhere.... enlightened city governments are remembering that cities are not for cars --- they are for people... and Mayor Bloomberg "just did it" Going from 4 lanes of traffic to 2 allows a dedicated bike lane and more room for a lively "third space" environment with benches tables and chairs!!
